The main task of a Process Technician is the processing of different plastics for the production of plastic injection moldings. You are responsible for the specific machine parameters (including temperature and pressure settings), compliance with quality requirements, environmental protection and energy efficiency as well as maintenance and repair of the equipment.

What to you bring to the job?

A very good lower secondary school (Hauptschule) or technical secondary school (Werkrealschule) certificate, or a good secondary school (Realschule) certificate.
Spatial imagination and logical thinking, craftsmanship and technical interest (surface quality, dimensional stability), interest in productive work, sense of responsibility for independent work and pleasure in teamwork.

Bietigheim Vocational Training Center, 1–2/weeks

3 years

Practical training:

A basic training course in metal and plastic processing is held in our own training workshop. This is followed by a technical training course in the injection molding shop and other selected departments.
